How does your Affiliate Program work?
It's simple. First, fill out the form on our sign up page (free to join).
Once you submit your information, you will then be sent an email and directed to sign in to our Affiliate Program center. You can then complete all of your account information and preferences. You'll also find text and banner link ads containing your unique ID tracking code. Simply choose the ad you want to display, and copy and paste the code into your web site
When your visitors see the ad and click on the link, they will be transferred to our web site where your unique ID is recorded. Whenever the visitor makes a purchase, our web site will credit the commission amount to your unique ID.
At the end of the pay period, all of your accumulated commissions will be added together, and sent to you.
What is the Affiliate Center?
When you log into your account, you will be directed to the Center. In this area, you will find a statistics area where you can see how many visitors you're sending, how many sales you have, and your commission amounts. The center also contains an advertising area where you'll find text and banner links to post on your web site, and an ad tracking area with tools to help you create and track individual ads.
Does your Affiliate Program cost me anything?
No. Our program is completely free to join, and will not cost you anything. We simply pay you commissions on the sales made by the traffic to send us. - Sign up here -
How much can I make?
Affiliates are paid per sale. Each time a customer that you referred to us makes a purchase you can make 40% of their sale. Our Average sale is $39.95. So in essence on that amount you can make approx. $15.98 on their sale. We also have a 3 Tier system in which you can refer other affiliates to sign up for our program. In that case you can earn 5% for first tier, 3% for second, and 2% for third when your referred affiliate's customer makes a purchase. You can also be rewarded be rewarded for volumes sales as well. The higher the sales the higher the payout.
Can you Accommodate Joint Ventures.
Sure we can. If you have an established list or clientele then we can set up specific banners and tracking information. Upon seeing that you are successfully we can negotiate better payout terms based upon your commitment level.
When do I get paid?
Commission payments are sent out on or around the 15th of each month. Commissions are paid on sales from the prior month.
How are my commission payments paid?
We pay our affiliate commissions via Paypal.com or Check, Your Choice. This is a very quick and easy method for payment.
If you do not currently have a Pay pal account, we highly recommend it. You can sign up for free at at the Pay pal web site. http://www.paypal.com
What is the minimum payout amount?
The minimum payout amount for each period is the minimum amount that you have chosen when you set up your account.
If the visitor leaves and comes back, do I still get credit?
Yes. Our system sets a 'cookie' on that user's machine. If they leave our web site and come back at a later date to purchase, our system will read the cookie and give you credit for the sale.
How long does the tracking cookie last?
The tracking cookie will last for 1 year (365 days). If the purchase is made anytime within this period, you will get credit.
Can the tracking cookie be overwritten by another affiliate?
No. The cookie cannot be overwritten by another affiliate. It will remain intact with your unique ID until the sale is made (up to 1 year). If you originally referred the visitor to us, you will get credit for the sale.
What is your conversion rate?
The conversion rate (visits-to-sales) will depend greatly on the type of traffic you're sending us. For targeted traffic, our web site averages around 5-8% conversion rate.
What happens if a customer I refer gets a refund?
If you refer a customer that returns an item (or items) for a refund, the corresponding commission amount will be deducted from your current period commissions. This also applies to Charge backs as well.
If your account balance is in the negative at the end of a pay period (in a month your refund amounts are greater than your sales) -- we will have no choice but to send you an invoice for the amount that is to be reimbursed to us. We will expect this reimbursement to be paid immediately, or we will have no choice but to terminate your affiliate account.
Can I advertise using Bulk Email?
No! We do not allow our affiliates to send spam or unsolicited email of any kind. We do allow our affiliates to use email marketing if it is to a true opt-in list they have built from scratch, or to their customer list. We do NOT allow affiliates to promote the product via safe lists or co-registration lists. If you violate these rules we will have no choice but to terminate your account and you may also forfeit all outstanding commissions.
